Gourmet Guy Holiday Dinner Heating Instructions
We want you to spend as much time relaxing and spending it with those you love.
Below are the instructions for re-heating your Holiday Dinner dishes/meals
Beef Tenderloin:
Preheat the oven to 425°F. For a slowerroast, set the temperature to 350°F, though cooking
time will be longer.
Note: The following times and temperatures are averages:
Rare: Cook for18-20 minutes, checking with a meat thermometer. The internal
temperature should read 120°F-125°F.
Medium Rare: Cook for 22-25 minutes, with an internal temperature of 125°F-130°F.
Medium: Cook for 28-30 minutes, with an internal temperature of 130°F-135°F.
Tip: Remove the prime rib from the oven when it is 5°F below your desired temperature.
Allow it to rest for at least 10-15 minutes before slicing.
Prime Rib:
Convection Oven: Preheat to 300°F
Non-Convection Oven: Preheat to 325°F
Note: Cooking times and temperatures are approximate averages.
Rare: Cook for1 hour 40 minutes (125°F)
Medium Rare: Cook for1 hour 55 minutes (135°F)
Medium: Cook for 2 hours 10 minutes (145°F)
Tip: Remove the prime rib from the oven when it is 5°F below your desired temperature.
Allow it to rest for at least 10-15 minutes before slicing.
Oven-Roasted Turkey & Ham:
For 2-4 servings: Add 1⁄4 cup of water or gravy on top.
For 6-8 servings: Add 1⁄2 cup of water or gravy.
This helps keep the meat moist during reheating.
Heat at 325°F until warmed through, approximately 15-20 minutes.
All Side Dishes:
Heat at 350°F for15 minutes or until warmed through.
Cavatelli:
Add 1/4 cup of water and stirto keep the pasta from drying out as it heats. Bake at 350°F for
about 15 minutes, stirring frequently to avoid burning.
Soup:
Heat in a small saucepan over medium heat until warmed through.
Focaccia:
Heat in the oven at 350°F for approximately 8-10 minutes.
*Warm all items until warm through, All items are already cooked and just need to be warmed*
